Storemaven has developed leading app store marketing tools to positively impact the mobile growth strategies of top-grossing app developers such as Uber, eBay, King, and Jam City.

We’re looking for a bright spark; a proven Customer Success Manager to join our team and work directly with our biggest clients to develop and advance their app store marketing and mobile growth strategies. To do this, you will conduct app store research, leveraging our suite of products to glean data driven insights which help guide our customers in their decision making processes, and develop testing strategies. The result? Delivering value by optimizing clients app store conversions and guiding them in their understanding of the mobile marketing industry as a whole.

Am I eligible to apply?

Below are non-negotiable requirements for the position

  • 3+ years experience in an international client-facing CSM or consultancy role
  • Strong ability to develop C-level relationships
  • Experience working in a B2B tech company preferred
  • High data aptitude
  • Fluent English (native preferred)

A day in the life of a Customer Success Manager

  • Kickoff
    Freshly brewed coffee from our in-house barista? Don’t mind if I do!
  • Morning:
    Conduct research on the app store landscape and analyze app store analytics which will inform and guide your clients Uber, eBay, King, and Zynga
  • Lunch:
    Salad or sushi? Sit in Storemaven's courtyard while you refuel and chat to colleagues
  • Afternoon:
    Advance a variety of projects including conducting research and analysis reports to deliver value to your clients, working cross-functionally with other Storemaven teams, and communicating with top mobile enterprise brands to develop long-standing successful partnerships
  • Until evening:
    We work with clients across the world, many located in the heart of the bustling California tech environment. We're therefore flexible regarding schedule to enable us to support our diverse portfolio
  • Late nights:
    There is no such thing as a typical day; every day brings new and exciting challenges and opportunities
